City Calls for Request to Make Ballot Measure Arguments for 2016 General Election

LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles City Clerk Holly L. Wolcott announced today that individuals and organizations who wish to write arguments concerning City of Los Angeles’ measures, consolidated with the November 8, 2016 General Election, must submit requests to the office of Council President Herb J. Wesson Jr. no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2016. Ballot arguments in favor of and against these measures will be published in the Voter Information Pamphlet which is provided to all registered voters in the City of Los Angeles.
